Jensen Huang co-founded NVIDIA in 1993 out of a Denny's booth in San Jose, originally targeting the graphics chip market for video games.
He steered the company from GPUs into general-purpose parallel computing with the CUDA platform in 2006 — a bet that took over a decade to pay off.
That bet turned NVIDIA into the backbone of the AI boom: its chips now power most large-scale AI training in the world, making it one of the most valuable companies on the planet.
